They say a person should be eating some of the following food groups according to the above details. Which can be found here as well for those who are interested in finding out more. 

Vegetables, source of vitamins, minerals, fibers. Should be ate daily according to sources.

  • Corn
  • Green peas
  • White potatoes
  • Beets
  • Celery
  • Green beans
  • Onions. 

Fruits help keep the digestive system moving.

  • Peaches
  • Mangos
  • Pineapples

Grains, made from wheat, ryce, rice, oats, cornmeal, barley. 

  • Breakfast cereal
  • Grits
  • Tortillas

Protein foods. This can be a variety of different products that offer protein on the nutrient label most likely found on products you purchase.

  • Seafood
  • Eggs
  • Beans
  • Peas

Dairy

  •  Yogurt
  • Cheese
